Workshops and seminars are beginning to ramp up once more across the country (with strict COVID-19 measures in place, of course!) and we are treated to a number of new classes which let us brush up our skills. If you’re looking for a way to fortify your culinary repertoire, there is one happening this weekend which might be right up your alley.
