30 June 2018: The special occasion brought smiles to many young faces
Still in the festive Raya mood, Plaza Low Yat treated several underprivileged children from Rumah Kanak-Kanak Tengku Budriah to a special lunch under the Jom Raya Dengan Plaza Low Yat campaign.

The CSR lunch treat took place at the KFC outlet located within the IT and lifestyle mall on 30 June, where the youngsters tucked into the fast food restaurant’s well-liked lunch sets. Before enjoying the meal, each child was given a goodie bag and duit raya by Elaine Liew, the Assistant General Manager of Plaza Low Yat.
Dialling up the levels of fun were special appearances by the popular culture character ‘Spider-Man’, who went out of his way to ensure that the kids had a memorable time. Helping him do so was KFC’s mascot Chicky, who made his rounds interacting with his guests.
After the last plate was polished, the children were treated to another surprise – Frankie the Magician showed up and conjured up some mind-boggling acts and comedic routines. The balloon clown had no shortage of tricks up his sleeve, and easily engaged his eager audience with his antics.
Following the performance, the children mingled with one another and took selfies and photos with the trio of entertainers and the Plaza Low Yat staff.
“It’s important not to forget the under-privileged children during this festive season. Plaza Low Yat wishes the best for them, and will always be supportive of their future endeavours,” Elaine Liew said.
