27 September 2017:Pavilion Group and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board reveal details of the new mixed-use development project in Damansara Heights
Kuala Lumpur’s most anticipated new development – Pavilion Damansara Heights – was recently launched by joint partners, the Pavilion Group and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
Spanning some 16 acres and comprising 10 corporate towers, five residential towers and a retail mall, the integrated development is situated in one of Kuala Lumpur’s most affluent locations with seamless connectivity to the Pavilion Damansara Heights MRT Station. This station sits only two stations from KL Sentral and five stations from Pavilion Bukit Bintang MRT, making it ideal for locals and tourists to travel to and from.
This combination of strategic location, premier facilities and amenities, and unrivalled connectivity is set to transform the KL landscape, raise the city’s stature and offer total rejuvenation to the surrounding area. A newly built elevated highway will help to improve traffic flow, while the adjacent Sprint Highway allows easy access if travelling by car.

The lifestyle mall will offer unique retail and leisure experiences in line with what the award-winning Pavilion brand is renowned for.
“The mall will be a destination for the senses, bound to capture your hearts with contemporary retail, curated dining, entertainment, edutainment, music, arts, culture and leisure concepts. Not only will we engage the five senses (to see, touch, taste, smell and hear), we promise you the engagement of the sixth sense – ‘to feel and be happy’. And as we plan, we will constantly evolve to create moments of aspiration and indulgence, inspired by the latest world trends,” said Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Joyce Yap.
To date, 85% of the nine corporate towers has been sold, and response to the residential units has been overwhelming with 2,500 registrants on board. Out of the five residential towers, two will be launched at the end of this year. Dato’ Tracey Lai, Sales & Marketing Director of 1 Pavilion Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd, attributed the tremendous interest to the strong Pavilion branding, the Damansara Heights address and the mall.
Also present at the launch and acting as Guest of Honour was Minister of Federal Territories, Datuk Seri Utama Tengku Adnan bin Tengku Mansor, who commented: “This new development will help strengthen Kuala Lumpur’s position as the premier destination for both local and international tourists and investors. In addition, residents in the surrounding areas will benefit from a significant increase in their property value. This is complemented by the availability of world-class infrastructure, increased job opportunities, and further economic growth that comes in line with the development.”
With the entire project expected to be completed in stages by 2022, Pavilion Damansara Heights is set to be a new iconic landmark, ready to raise standards in luxury living and premium experiences to new heights.
