A fresh culinary journey awaits at Marini’s on 57 as it welcomes guests back for an all-new dine-in experience! The award-winning restaurant launches its five-course Italian Dégustation Menu, available now – featuring a selection of signature dishes at attractive prices for a limited time only.
Comprising Malaysia’s most iconic rooftop bar, Italian restaurant as well as a whisky and cigar lounge, Marini’s on 57 has long been one of KL’s most talked about outlets. Located on the 57th floor of Petronas Tower 3, this award-winning establishment offers only the best dining experiences along with jaw-dropping panoramic views of the city skyline.
Start the meal with an amuse-bouche of scrambled eggs and black truffles, followed by a starter of succulent Sicilian red prawns paired with basil béarnaise and Avruga caviar to open up palates. Dive straight into the first course with a Carnaroli risotto that combines the rich and delicate flavours of porcini mushrooms, beautifully coupled with the nuttiness of parmesan cheese espuma.
For the main course, guests can choose one of three unique dishes to suit their liking. The pan-seared sea bream with seafood guazzetto offers light, delicate flavours while the breaded lamb rack with roasted potato and leek gratin balances the earthy flavours of lamb and potato with the mild sweetness of leek.
The braised wagyu beef cheeks offer more intense flavours where the richness of the beef is combined with the crisp sweetness of celery root, earthy wild mushrooms and parmesan cream.
Finally, finish off the meal on a sweet note featuring pistachio cremeux with cherry compote and chocolate praline that is sure to satisfy your taste buds!
Guests who opt for this menu also have the option of pairing their meal with various fine Italian wines from Sportoletti, Podere Castorani, Anna Fendi and Bottega Gianduia at an additional cost.
