With the nickname “The Parody Man”, established comedian Alan Perera is more than capable of making you split your sides laughing. His ability to assume numerous memorable characters is perhaps the best weapon in his humour arsenal. He can be a one-man joker army!
His latest show, Laugh Your Mask Off, is a 90-minute livestream comprising everything from hysterical skits to hilarious musical numbers. The funnyman promises fresh content to keep everyone tickled.
Perera wears many farcical hats in this show as he slips into several comedic roles, including Prof Dr Fakeer Zaid, Rukumani Jones A/P Thomas Thomas and YB Saudara Kam Mung Ting as the “Duh” Late Debate, which was aired on NTV7 in 2004, makes a comeback.
Perera’s Elvis Tan also shows up to lend some further pizzazz.
The livestream can be viewed on the Perera’s website, with three shows a day from 27 to 29 November 2020 for a total of nine showtimes to pick from. Tickets go for RM55 a show, which unfolds live and only plays once, so be on time!
