Keeping traditions alive, Lai Ching Yuen is serving a selection of dumplings made with fragrant glutinous rice in conjunction with the Dumpling Festival (18 June 2018). Diners can pre-purchase from four flavours which include ingredients such as abalone, dry scallop, steamed five spices with roasted pork or sweet glutinous rice with lotus paste.
