Known as the ‘World’s Largest Free Flight Aviary’, this amazing bird park houses more than 3,000 birds and 200 different species from all over the world. Located at the Kuala Lumpur Lake Gardens, the park is divided into 4 zones with zone 1 and 2 making up to be the free-flight zone; zone 3 is the Hornbill Park and zone 4 is where all the birds are placed in separated cages.
With an interesting set-up in Zone 1, 2 and 3, birds in this particular area are let free in the aviary which resembles their natural habitat. Using this free-flight concept, all the birds here are able to breed naturally. As it is only a 10 minute drive from the city centre of KL, this garden has a massive space that goes on for about 20.9 acres.
