Between 1958 and 1971, The Village Gaslight in The Greenwich Village borough of Manhattan, New York was a creative arts space like few others with like-minded individuals sharing their unique ideas. Today, this spirit of the 60s is alive and well in KL with Gaslight Café and Music paying tribute to its legendary muse.
Featuring décor of the era, this trendy place showcases local musicians, poetry readers, writers and contemporary artists who share their knowledge and experiences in regular events and shows held here. Saturdays and Sundays are vinyl-appreciation days, with patrons bringing their own prized vinyl records to play.
