18 April 2019: Serai Group the first F&B brand to collaborate with the frequent flyer programme
Malaysia Airlines frequent flyer programme Enrich announced its partnership with home-grown F&B brand Serai Group for the first time to provide more exciting rewards to its members.
The launch saw the attendance of Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia Secretary General Datuk Isham Ishak and Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhand (PUNB) Chairman Dato’ Hazimah Zainuddin, as well as top-tier Enrich members.
“Serai is the perfect partner for Enrich as both brands represent the best of Malaysia. Good food brings people together, so this partnership is a great way to reward and create a memorable dining experience for our members,” said Malaysia Airlines Group Chief Customer Experience and Marketing Officer Lau Yin May.

Through this partnership, Enrich members will earn and redeem Enrich Miles when they dine at all Serai restaurants in Malaysia. Perks are also applicable at all Serai Group outlets, including Jibby & Co, Jibby East and Jibby Chow.
“We are honoured to be the first F&B group to allow Enrich members to earn-and-redeem miles under the Enrich programme.
“Our vision is to expand Serai Group internationally, and we look forward to serving Enrich members and loyal customers from around the globe authentic Malaysian cuisine across the shores, as well as earn points to travel with Malaysian Airlines,” said Serai Group Managing Director Najib Hamid.
From 19 April to 31 May 2019, Enrich and Serai Group will receive complimentary dining at Serai Pavilion worth RM1,000 when they take part in the ‘Part of 10’ contest.
Enrich members are required to dine in at any participating Serai Group restaurants and spend a minimum of RM50 to be eligible for the contest. A total of six winners will be selected weekly.
Members can also earn double the miles when they dine in at any Serai Group outlets during the contest period.
