This Ramadhan buffet is inspired by traditional recipes from Kak Shireen, one of Dorsett Kuala Lumpur’s longest serving staff who is a mother figure to many. Diners can have a taste of her signature dishes like ikan patin asam pedas tempoyak Pahang, rendang ayam Kampung Kuala Kedah and kashmiri kambing briyani.
