Hong Kong-based Catalunya International Properly Group Limited recently moved its head office in Malaysia to the heart of KL’s Golden Triangle, in Bukit Bintang’s Menara Khuan Choo – a move that reflects the company’s rapid growth in Malaysia since moving here last year.
Known as Catalunya International Properly Sdn Bhd here, the company has a proven track record in real estate and property investments for elite communities, with a goal to become one of the leading real estate and property investment consultancies in the country.A cheers to the new headquarters of Catalunya International Property Limited
Speaking on the growth of the company, Catalunya Group Chairlady Carmen Chan said: “Catalunya continues to go from strength to strength and the relocation is down to many factors but increasingly we have been winning a large amount of business both from within our regional base and on a national level in Malaysia. To date, we have exceeded RM300 million in performance since our inception in 2018.”
“As Catalunya continues to grow and prosper, we want our new office space to reflect that. Our new location will increase our visibility and enable us to accommodate our new and existing customers more effectively, as well as be closer to our business partners.”
Founded in Hong Kong in 2017, Catalunya has also extended its presence to regional markets in HangZhou, China and plans to set-up offices in Shanghai and Taiwan.
Aside from partnering with property developers on local and regional property launches, the company is also in the business of secondary markets and providing top-notch after-sales property management and consultancy.
Some of the ongoing Klang Valley projects currently under the purview of Catalunya include Agile Bukit Bintang, Le Nouvel and Oval Residencies in KLCC, St Regis Residence and Sentral Suites at Sentral, Face Suites and Face Victory at Jalan Sultan Ismail, Stonor 3 and Hemmon House at KL City Centre, DC Residensi at Damansara Heights, and 8 Jalan Conlay.
