Cacao Barry is the ultimate chocoholic enterprise. Recently the Collective touched down in Malaysia, presenting a selection of exquisite desserts at Dewakan to mark the occasion. The chocolate tasting featured Cacao Barry Regional Chef Andres Lara’s innovative creations, pairing chocolate covertures with uniquely Asian flavours such as soya sauce, curry and yuzu.

The high quality chocolate coverture used in the dishes are from the Cacao Barry ‘Purity from Nature’ range which boasts a purer and more intense cocoa flavour that stands up boldly to other ingredients when mixed with them.
Chef Andre’s creations were as visually spectacular as they were tasty, marrying a range of flavours, textures and temperatures to perfection.
