Making its first connection with MIGF is the authentically Indian Vansh, a restaurant that specialises in North Indian cuisine. The interior is a mix of modern and traditional Indian. A colour combination of orange, yellow and red offers a vibrant aura, while the mud-toned walls and beaded lights lend the establishment a suffused and chic ambience.
The dinner started off with the arrival of many distinguished guests, including His Excellency Jose Manuel Ovalle, the Ambassador of Argentina, and his wife Maria.
The sumptuous five course meal had everyone enthusing over the selections, especially the ‘Chicken Vindaloo.’ “It’s brim full of flavour and spices, is well prepared, and seems to be without much oil,” stated an obviously satisfied Dato Dr. Ridzwan Bin Abu Bakar. The night ended with Dato’ Steve thanking Chef Vijay, the staff and the guests for making the first MIGF Festival Dine- In a rousing success.
And the restaurant’s Assistant Manager Mokim Salim then offered his closing comment, “Seeing how everyone enjoyed the food is enough to make me happy. We did our best and look forward to many more MIGF’s ahead.”
