Meanwhile, the international spread features oyster au gratin, grilled saba fish, and honey barbecue chicken wings among other items. This fragrant rice, cooked inside a juicy roasting lamb, is the perfect accompaniment to the hearty seafood and meat dishes, such as the crab curry or the ayam goreng belacan, a crowd-pleaser which features fried boneless chicken cooked with prawn paste. For desserts, the sweet treats are aplenty, and include pineapple tarts, chilled sago with palm sugar syrup and assorted jellies to sate your cravings.
