Formerly known as the award-winning restaurant Senses, this Hilton KL establishment underwent a revamping exercise and emerged onto the dining circuit again under a new identity – Graze. Now helmed by Sous Chef Audrey Chin, Graze is a departure from the fine-dining origins of its predecessor as it is modelled after the brasserie experience – a type of French restaurant with a more relaxed setting.
Unlike most restaurants, which choose to conceal their kitchens from the public eye behind doors, only an eclectic shelf of squares that reaches from floor to ceiling separates the kitchen from the dining area, allowing diners to catch glimpses of the hardworking chefs and – if they are lucky – an occasional whiff of something delicious cooking on the stoves. A long glass wall spans one side of the restaurant, allowing in an abundance of natural light and offering amazing views of lush greenery.
