Penang Island Jazz Festival 2010

The Penang Jazz Festival is back to entertain and delight audiences all over Malaysia! Among some of this year’s performers are PESSOC (Penang State Symphony Orchestra), Brazilian Guitarist / Percussionist Celso Machado, co-winners of The Nordic Jazz Comets Competition from Norway, PELbO, Aca Pella Group, Stouxingers from Germany, Rain Sultanov Quartet from Azerbaijan, SC Yun Trio from Korea, Boi Akih from Netherlands and two-time Grammy Nominee Tommy Emmanuel. Also, there will be a host of other supporting activities such as Photography, Charity Dinner, Music Workshops, The Island Jazz Forum, Afternoon Fringe Stage performances and many more.
