Rice is a staple source of food for a majority of the Asian population. It is little wonder that Japanese cuisine is often accompanied with the standard fare of miso soup, pickles and rice.
Still Waters head chef Alex (Izzat Lee) will concoct various cooking styles of multi-grain rice dishes during this promotion. Diners can try the wild rice soup with salmon trout, grilled unagi on truffle risotto, baked snapper wrapped in houba leaf with fruit salsa, black glutinous rice in Japanese beancurd skin, Atlantic codfish porridge and Oriental rice burger.
