This is a traditional extreme sports competition which incorporates four events that begin with the letter “M” in the Kadazandusun language: Manan’kus (running), Mamang’Kar (rafting), Manam’patau (swimming with bamboo pole) and Mamaram’ panau (walking on bamboo stilts). The 4M is a thrilling adventure for all in the scenic countryside of Kiulu.
