To commemorate the birth of Malaysia on 16 September 1963, when Malaya, Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore then, got together to form Malaysia, Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur is celebrating this unity with all those born on this day.
All day dining restaurant, Latest Recipe will be introducing a new menu to mark this very special day. There will be a variety of appetisers such as salad, assortment of homecured smoke fish, and selections of fresh seafood on ice. The live noodle counter offers piping hot noodles in different styles while Japanese counter serves fresh cold sashimi.
Indian section consists of vegetarian dishes like spicy pumpkin and sweet potato and non vegetarian dishes presents lamb shank, squid curry, prawn in thick butter chili gravy and many more. Watch the chefs in action in different sections; Malay serves siput laut gulai, Western features pasta, and Chinese, steaming aromatic dim sum. Decadent desserts bring a sweet ending to this wholesome meal.
