“We use only the freshest ingredients, with around 70% of them organic. We embrace local products, especially fruits and vegetables. THE POMELO is totally authentic yet trendy,” says Mr Olivier Robinet, its Director of Operations.
With cooking methods also coming under attention due to health concerns, THE POMELO uses only poaching, grilling and steaming in its kitchen, eschewing deepfrying completely. The results are refreshing dishes packed with flavour.
