Decorative pillars frame the main dining hall, where a beautiful crystal chandelier hangs from a high ceiling dome, lined in hand-carved wood. Black fabric arm chairs and crisp white tablecloths add to a luxurious feel which is completed by the uninterrupted views on to the pristine fairways of the golf course.

 

Flame is a grill room featuring classic European/Mediterranean cuisine offering a full range of dishes from starters, salads and soups to home-made pastas, meats and seafood, with divine desserts to finish. Some dishes feature the sous-vide cooking technique incorporating immersion in a water oven, ensuring your meal is cooked evenly and without wasting the meats’ natural juices and flavour.
