Entering The Emperor is much like entering a palace courtyard. Staff dressed in majestic goldlaced uniforms complement the regal red and green trimmings. On offer is traditional Cantonese cuisine, with a Western edge specially introduced for this year’s Festival Menu.
Wagyu beef, for example, comes served on a bed of foie gras, while Chinese Roast Duck comes garnished with strawberries, making for a stimulating combination of savory and sweet flavours.
