The Actors Studio was set up in April of 1989 by husband and wife team Joe Hasham and Dato’ Faridah Merican with the following objectives: staging meaningful theatre, nurturing performing arts in the young, and providing qualified training in the arts. Following several moves, the theatre is now nestled amid green foliage on the roof of Lot 10, where the chic and minimalist interior gives the theatre a warm and inviting atmosphere.
