World-renowned Michelin Star Chef
Arnaud Lallement of France is set
to shine at Genting-City of Entertainment.
The Master Chef will bring you the
alluring flavours of the French countryside
from 25-28 Oct. at The Olive, Genting's very
own continental fine dining restaurant. Coming
from a lineage of chefs, Arnaud works with
great passion in his kitchens and creates his
culinary masterpieces with only the highest
quality products.
At the tender age of 24, Chef Arnaud
assumed leadership of the kitchens at L'Assiette
Champenoise, which was founded by his father,
Jean Pierre Lallement, in a beautiful turn-ofthe-
century building surrounded by a lush park
just outside Reims, France. Chef Arnaud earned
the establishment a Michelin Star in 2001, and
at the same time, began work on his cookbook,
the Carnet des Saveurs en Champagne, which
he launched in 2003.
In 2004, Arnaud was the youngest chef,
at age 29, to be selected by Alain Ducasse
for his Fou-Food France project, an initiative
that involved bringing young provincial chefs
to Paris to present their culinary skills. The
following year, Chef Arnaud helped L'Assiette
Champenoise earn its second Michelin Star.
This year, the Lallement family celebrate their
20th anniversary at L'Assiette Champenoise
in the district of Tinqueux-an adventure that
began in 1975 in Châlons-sur-Vesle.
So don't miss this great opportunity to
sample Chef Arnaud's exquisite gourmet menu
