Ancient China brought to life in the City of Prosperity
Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur recently kicked off its Chinese New Year campaign with a mass mannequin challenge, stopping shoppers in their tracks as they looked on in awe at the frozen spectacle. The event took place within the City of Prosperity, and depicted lively scenes and activities typical of ancient China.
With the event, the mall aims to send out a message of community kinship with people from all walks of life, celebrating the coming of the new year with fortune and prosperity. Possibly one of the largest mannequin challenges ever held in Malaysia, the entire affair was completed in under an hour with participation from staff and shoppers.
Participants were then presented with lucky red bags containing chocolates, mandarin oranges, and Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur’s ang pow packets.
Be sure to visit the City of Prosperity this Chinese New Year and be a part of the many festivities in store.
