Kuala Lumpur, the city of lights, will be even brighter for the Malaysian Grand Prix 2008. The Lighting Up ceremony will see the entire Bintang Walk ablaze in glorious splendour. The stretch will be transformed into a Formula One festive zone, with glittering Formula One thematic lighting design. What better way to welcome the Formula One teams and their supporters, than with warm, bright city lights.

International and local stars converge at the Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort, Kuala Lumpur for a 12 hour music festival. The Sunburst KL International Music Festival 2008 will be a one day festival with 26 live performances spread out over four different stages, all for just RM200 per ticket. There will be two special designated areas—Red Cube and Red Room filled with fashion related exhibitions and daily fashion showcases by famous local designers such as Melinda Looi, Rizalman Ibrahim , Dato’ Tom Abang Saufi and many more. The most anticipated occasion of the SKLFF will be the glittering Mercedes Benz Stylo Fashion Awards night on 21 March, where local designers will be feted with various awards, such as Designer of the Year, Stylo Artistry, Stylo Innovative and Stylo Classic. Awards too will be given to the Best Makeup Artist, Best Fashion Stylist and Best Hairstylist.
