Online public voting also took place for three weeks between 16 April and 5 May, 2017, accounting for 5% of the total marks.

Notable winners include the Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur who both took away 5 Star Hotel Accommodation awards; Nobu Kuala Lumpur who won the Gold Award in the Fine Dining Restaurant category; and the KL Bird Park which won the Family Entertainment Tourist Attraction Platinum Award.
